| Idea Application | |
| Surface Treatment: | Mechanical treatment (sandblasting then cleaning), or chemical treatment. |
| Dilution: | This kind of adhesive can be brushed without dilution. Per actual requirement, it can be thinned by methanol. |
| Dry: | Dry at room temperature for 60 minutes or put into oven at 110℃ for 15 minutes to prevent adhesive from washed. |
| Place: | Advise to do vulcanization immediately after dry. Please do vulcanization within 2 days after dry and avoid dirt. |
| Press Cure: | 160 - 180℃, time determined by fluororine rubber. |
| Post Cure: |
12-24hrs@200℃. If product is too thick, the temperature can be raised step by step. The temperature can be raised from 150℃ and increase 5-10℃ every 2 hours till 200℃. Please keep product at 200℃ for 12-24 hrs till physical properties achieved. When bond same kind of cured FKM, please clean FKM surfaces at first. Then brush the adhesive. Please do the vulcanization at 160℃-180℃ for 5-10 minutes. |
